• Device Information (Model, Operating System Version, Device ID). 
• Application Usage Logs (How you use the application). 
• Notification scepter used for push notifications (via Firebase). 
• We do not collect location data unless you explicitly provide it in your profile. 

2. How We Use Your Information We use the information we collect to: 
• Provide and operate our job search and application services. 
• Match you with suitable job opportunities. 
• Enable chat communication between job seekers and employers. 
• Maintain account security and prevent fraud. 
• Respond to support inquiries and feedback. 
• Send job alerts or notifications that you have opted to receive. 

3. Data Sharing and Disclosure 
• We may share limited information in the following ways: 
• With employers: We share your personal data and resume when you apply for a job. 
• With service providers: Such as Firebase (used for push notifications) and hosting service providers that support the operation of the application. For legal reasons: If required to comply with laws, legal processes, or enforce our terms. We will not sell or rent your personal information.

• We retain personal data only for the time necessary to achieve the stated purposes or as required by law.
• You can delete your account at any time (see Section 6).

We take reasonable security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, disclosure, or loss. However, no system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

• Delete your account through the "Delete Account" setting in the application. 
• Withdraw your consent to data processing (which may result in some functions being unavailable).

7.Children's Privacy 
JobLink Connect is only applicable to users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

Your information may be processed or stored on servers outside Hong Kong. We will ensure that appropriate protection is provided in accordance with this Privacy Policy and the Hong Kong Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (PDPO).
